This Privacy Policy explains how CGM Entertainment, LLC (“CGM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the CGM Player Funds website.

Information we process

• Persona ID and the player name or nickname returned by the operator service.
• Selected package, payment amount, Bonus Funds, and total Player Funds.
• Payment status, PayPal order and capture identifiers, payment method type, and transaction time.
• Technical and security information such as IP address, country, browser request information, access events, and error logs.
• An essential session cookie used to keep the store unlocked during an authorized session.

Payment information

Payments are processed by PayPal. Available methods may include PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Venmo. CGM does not receive or store your full card number, payment-account password, or device-wallet credentials. PayPal and the selected wallet process that information under their own privacy terms.

How we use information

• Verify the Persona account and deliver purchased Player Funds.
• Create, confirm, and document payment transactions.
• Prevent duplicate funding, fraud, misuse, and unauthorized access.
• Investigate failed delivery, payment disputes, chargebacks, and support requests.
• Maintain, secure, and improve the Player Funds service.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce the Terms of Purchase.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed with PayPal and supported payment wallets, the operator/player-account service used to verify and add funds, infrastructure and security service providers, professional advisers, and government authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Transaction, funding, security, and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, service operation, and legal compliance. Essential session cookies expire automatically or are removed when the store is locked.

Security

CGM uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect transaction and player-account information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This payment website is not directed to children under 13. A purchaser must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Your choices

You may contact CGM to ask about a transaction or privacy concern. We may need the Persona ID and PayPal order ID to locate the relevant transaction. Rights available under applicable law are not limited by this Policy.

Policy changes

We may update this Policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version in effect.
