Where can I use these funds?
Only on machines owned by CGM Entertainment, LLC. Funds will not appear on similar machines owned by another vendor.
How quickly are funds added?
The site adds funds after payment is confirmed. If payment completes but funding cannot be confirmed, do not purchase again—use the displayed PayPal order ID to contact CGM.
Can Player Funds or Bonus Funds be refunded or redeemed for cash?
No. All sales are final and non-refundable. Player Funds and promotional Bonus Funds have no cash value, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
What if I enter the wrong Persona ID?
Use LOCK STORE, then enter the correct Persona ID. The store will not open until the player account is verified.
